Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long does it take to fully charge via solar power?
Approximately 8–10 hours in bright sunlight (4V/4W solar panel); approximately 4–5 hours via USB.
Q2: How long does the light last on a full charge?
About 15–20 hours in low-brightness mode, and about 4–6 hours in high-brightness mode (exact duration varies depending on battery capacity).
Q3: Can the power bank output charge a smartphone?
It supports a standard 5V/2A output and can be used to charge most smartphones, tablets, and other devices in an emergency.
Q4: Is the IP65 waterproof rating sufficient to withstand rain or submersion?
It is resistant to heavy rain and water spray, but we do not recommend submerging it in water.
Q5: Does the lamp body overheat in high-brightness mode?
The die-cast aluminum housing provides excellent heat dissipation. Even during prolonged operation at high brightness, the temperature remains within a safe range; however, avoid touching the surface.
Q6: Can I use the light while it is charging?
It supports simultaneous USB/solar charging and operation. We recommend using low or medium brightness to extend battery life.
